I am on a mission to teach people about their bodies and in turn help people live happier, healthier lives. As a long time Hatha yoga teacher, Holistic Nutritionist, Level 1 Yoga Tune Up instructor, Myofascial Release Practitioner and soon to be Restorative Exercise Specialist-Certified Personal Trainer I believe educating people about how they move (or don’t move), breathe (or don’t breathe) and eat (or don’t eat) can make a huge difference in shifting people’s lifestyle choices. When we make positive choices towards living better in our body’s, our mind set changes as well and we often have a more positive outlook on life, radiate vitality and have greater energy levels. This has a ripple effect, nurturing and inspiring those around us.
I have spent the last 15 yrs using diet, movement and breath to help redesign my own life. My three kids have been a great source of motivation to improve the quality of my life and at the same time I am able to teach them positive lifelong habits that will help them along the way. Now that they are getting older I am out in the community sharing this same message.
To find your balance, knowledge is the key.
