The wise woman knows that a secret to a happy life and a happy family is first caring for herself.  This self-care gives her the strength, courage, and sustainability to support the world around her.

This Wise Women Retreat is a day of learning,  remembering what you already know, connecting with yourself and other women.

This retreat is presented by The KALM Collective, a group of 4 women who have known each other for over a decade.  In this time they have witnessed each other become mothers, have grown through their experiences of supporting a family and continue on their journey towards their life's passions.  These women understand the importance of self-love and self-care, two valuable ingredients in creating a fulfilling life.

Their mission in offering this workshop is to guide women towards self-care in all aspect of their being.

Kaeli will guide an inspirational presencing experience that explores awareness as a path to allowing love to flow so that you can lead with an open heart.  She will bring this quality into an embodied experience through JourneyDance™ later in the day.

Annie's self-love meditation is simple, easy and is a great tool to learn, and integrate into everyday life.  This will be followed by a needle felting project where we will explore working with our hands and it’s meditative qualities.  In this way we will explore and practice mindfulness while busy with a task.  This a practice that you can bring with you wherever you are, in every moment.

Lesley's Yoga Tune Up and Hatha classes will help you to release tension, breath deeply and connect with your body.

Michele will be weaving simple and healing foods into the day in an easy and natural way.  You’ll be inspired to bring some of this kitchen wisdom home for your family to benefit as well.

The day will be spent on a magical lake near Wakefield Quebec, in a newly renovated historical building in the woods.  Come and join  The KALM Collective and feel revived and renewed!
